The Telangana Rashtra Samiti had promised Rs.10 Lakh, employment and cultivable agriculture land to the members of the martyrs’ families and sources say this will be the first file to be signed by KCR after he is sworn. Among the other priority items - Loan Waiver to farmers up to One Lakh, upgrading tribal hamlets as gram panchayats with 12% reservations, 1000 Rupees pensions for the old and unemployed and 1500 Rupees pensions for the physically disabled persons, double bed room flats for the eligible poor are also important.
TRS believes that the surplus budget of Telangana is going to help them carry out all these promises. The swearing-in ceremony of KCR will take place tomorrow morning at Raj Bhavan. Only close friends and families of Martyrs are invited to the event. KCR will pay homage to the martyrs before proceeding to Raj Bhavan tomorrow.
